Most of us like a glass of wine or two, whether we know much about it or not. And most of us at least know what kinda wine we generally like. But it’s always fun to get a little bit outside of your comfort zone and try something you mightn’t ordinarily get a chance to try, and maybe learn a little about it while you’re at it.
